Ricardo Ávalo is an artist who approaches painting from a contemporary perspective and committed to experimentation. His work is based on the human condition and its relationship with the space. Using multiple superimposed layers of various materials of industrial origin he builds his own aesthetic discourse, sometimes arcane and suggestive and nourished by various styles and movements of art like abstract expressionism and informalism.
